KOMUNIKASI INTERPERSONAL ANTARA DRIVER DENGAN PENGGUNA GO-JEK DALAM MEMBANGUN KEPERCAYAAN
Abstract
This research aims to find out how interpersonal communication between drivers and GO-JEK users builds trust. The theoretical basis used in this research is the coordinated management of meaning (CMM) theory developed by W. Barnett Pearce and Vernon Cronen. The research results show that interpersonal communication that occurs between drivers and customers is carried out through interpersonal communication channels and mass communication, to maintain good relationships with passengers and build trust.
